Clinical Support Specialist SUMMARYResponsible for client files and heavy data entry; disperses client information to referral and contracting sources; schedules appointments; gives information to callers as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWINGOther duties may be assigned as necessary.Responsible for record-keeping duties associated with child and family files at assigned branch office.Creates charts for new children and families admitted into the program within 24 hours or the next business day as indicated.Maintains all children and family charts in an organized fashion.Organizes and maintains database and file system and files correspondence and other records.May be required to drive ACFM vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete Arrow’s vehicle training.Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, Arrow policy, and COA standards.Supervisory responsibilitiesThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field and possess one year of related experience.

Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.

Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.

Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables.
