Growing and dynamic Non-Profit Organization is looking to hire MULTIPLE Administrative Assistant’swith data collection, data analysis and database programs experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Must be proficient with data collection and analysis
– This person is the central collector of program data for the organization.
•Support the Program Manager and the Director of Programs to support other program staff, and help to ensure that grant activities, goals, deadlines, reporting requirements are met.
•Coordinating the delivery of services and resources to program participants, coordinating support to contracted consultants, stipend and payment disbursement, logistics management of external meetings and trainings, verification of participant eligibility, and data management for participant engagement and activities.
•Supports all program managers in data collection.
•Achieve grant objectives by engaging program participants and monitoring service delivery, while informing the Manager of progress in reaching goals
•Coordinate program services and providers, deliver services to clients, conduct and overseeing intake, create client service plans
•Conducts weekly case conferencing and monthly case files review to assure participant records are complete and accurate
•Monitor program compliance to policies and required procedures; maintains documentation of all program procedures
•Assist Director with implementing policies, procedures and forms that facilitate the effective operation of client management and delivery of high-quality services
•Coordinate communications (including social media,) outreach and collaborative efforts with community partners and stakeholders
•Coordinate meetings and events by determining location, time, arranging catering, etc.
•Maintain organized records with both paper and electronic files
•Attend Collaborative meetings and timely report back to Program Team as relevant;
•Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Required
•Bachelors degree preferred
•Cultural fluency and experience working in diverse stakeholders and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with stakeholders including clients, consultants, staff, and external partners
•Ability to accurate document, analyze, and display data and reports, along with communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms.
•Ability to work independently and demonstrate follow-through on assignments.
•Computer skills; including use of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook.
•Ability to manage and monitor online contact relationship management system such as Salesforce.
•Knowledge of Los Angeles, community-based organizations and community resources.For immediate consideration forward resume as a word document.
