Administrative Assistant – Michigan Region

Job Description:Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent computer skills (particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.

The role serves as a resource for basic company policies and procedures.

Communicates with senior managers and line of business management to gather/convey relevant information.

Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions.

May act as liaison to outside groups in coordinating events and meetings.

Involved in high-level contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Involved with developing and maintaining numerous business reports.Responsible for meeting/event management and facilitation, communications planning and execution for executive team and all employees.Supports the administrative functions for a Regional and Market team.

Responsibilities may include operational analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, communication and personnel processes.Manages workday for personnel business related matters, supports recruiting and the coordination of ad hoc projects.

Administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department.

Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the department’s functional operations.

May direct workflow activities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsespecially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

•Ability to work in an ever-changing environment 5 years related experience in a business support or administrative function
•Strong Business acumen and understanding of Preferred Consumer Banking and Investments
•Proven track record of building strong partnerships and influencing management at executive level
•Comfortable presenting and interacting with seniorleadership
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Proficiency with bank systems examples include but not limited to: SharePoint, Ariba, Concur, WebExShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
