Administrative Assistant II (Quality Control)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This family is responsible for providing general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support.

Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.

May be responsible for scheduling and making arrangements for meetings, for researching and securing requested information, and for researching, compiling and proofing of various reports and studies.

May take and/or transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, distribute mail, answer phones, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.

Interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.

Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee).

The assignment will be reviewing WD transactions and comparing them to the source documents for accuracy.

Responsible for identifying errors and making some corrections.

The expected assignment will be 3 months and this will be working in the Oak Ridge office.

The main assignment is Quality Control and ensuring the system is correct in comparison to source documents so attention to detail is key.Must work on site.Must comply with COVID requirements.To enter a U.S.
