We provide implementation, service and development support to our clients from our Tempe, AZ location.Responsibilities:Daily: Process Change of Service requests for our MasterTax software clients Assist with pricing quote requests Monitor various queues in our CRM and assign accordingly Maintain our client survey program and contact clients or assign to appropriate Leaders within the organization Distribute mail for the organization Weekly: Track any SOC-1 violations Participate in Client Reference projects Monthly: Maintain client-at-risk report Maintain past due client invoice reports Create price increase letters and email to clients individually Financial status monthly reports Work in our CRM reporting tool and run various reports for leaders Create webinar surveys for all client trainings Process terminations for software clients Record meeting minutes Post monthly birthday updates Quarterly: Assist Support during QE with ticket management Create Quarterly Rally slides in PowerPoint Assist with our Client Advisory Board program Yearly: Assist with SOC-1 audits Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our Client Advisory Board annual meeting Client NDAs Client gifts Gather client presentations Gather survey data and distribute Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our biennial Synergy client user conference W-2 notification leters created and mailed for Finance Client holiday e-cards Organize Associate Holiday Rally Additional duties to be performed on an as needed basis: Walking clients through their license counts per their agreement Mail payment demand and termination letters via certified mail Assist Sales with registration and submitting invoices or payment for membership and/or trade shows Create RCH certificated for trainings Client profile change requests (address/banks) Access Request form for associates Order food and supplies for onsite events/meetings File contracts, addendums, NDAs Assist Associates with ordering Supplies Assist Associates with creating expenses Update Outlook Distribution lists Business Continuity plan back-up (as needed) Provide support to members of management and departments as requested YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights.
