We are a Small Real Estate Marketing Company based in Los Angeles & we are excited to be adding someone new to our team : -)

EXPERIENCE: MUST HAVE at least 1+ years of multi-family (apartments) property management or leasing experience.

PAY: You will start at $20/hour with opportunities to earn more $.

REMOTE WORK: You will be asked to work from home the majority of the time.

Occasionally, you will be out in the field photographing properties for us.

Most of our properties are within 7 miles of Beverly Hills.

THE POSITION:

-General reception duties will be a huge part of the job.

Heavy phone & e-mail correspondence.

-You will also help us process tenant applications (this is where people apply to rent our properties, and your job will be to correspond with the tenants & landlords, to run their credit, verify their employment, etc.)

-We may ask you to photograph properties for us throughout the city.

Camera will be provided and you will be trained.

-Showings of vacant apartments to prospective tenants via appointment or scheduled open houses.

-Drafting leases and meeting with tenants and landlords for lease signings.

-We are looking for someone who is available to start working with us soon, and is available to work anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week.

Compensation: $20/hour to start

-1+ years of property management / multi-family leasing experience

area and it’s many neighborhoods

-General rental property knowledge

-College Graduates much preferred but not required

Your in person interaction with the general public is not common.

You will be communicating with renters almost exclusively via phone & e-mail, and almost never in person.

Occasionally, you will show rentals to prospective tenants…but not frequently.
