ResponsibilitiesTeam Assistant for the Office of the CEO (Administrative)Baker Tilly, US LLP is seeking an Administrative Team Assistant in the Office of the CEO.

As the 9th largest accounting firm in the United States, we are in a period of accelerated growth.

To continue this trajectory, we are searching for the right person for this dynamic position to provide assistance to the CEO’s Senior Executive Assistant, CEO, Chief of Staff, and the executive team.

Responsibilities: This position will have a variety of responsibilities all related to the management of the CEO and Office of the CEO.

The right person for this position will be self-motivated, exercise extreme discretion, and is capable of handling personal matters with considerable finesse and diplomacy.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:CalendaringTravelConference registrationsExpenses and reimbursement processingNotetaking and Data EntryGovernance filing and postingSupport with special projectsBackup Senior Executive Assistants as neededReporting Relationship: This position reports to the CEO’s Senior Executive Assistant.Job Location: The position is hybrid remote and in the Baker Tilly’s Southfield, Michigan office, but we are open to considering other locations for the right candidate.Travel Requirements: Travel will not be required for this position.
