JOB TITLE: ADMIN ASSISTANT JOB LOCATION: DEVENS[ INITALLY REMOTE] DURATION:12 MONTHS CONTRACT JOB DESCRITPION: Major Duties and Responsibilities: Enables a team of 200 people by providing administrative support to the executive leadership team with primary focus on supporting the vice president.
Responsible for accomplishing highly diverse administrative tasks and activities.
May provide work direction to other support staff within the department/function.
May organize multiple processes, procedures or programs.
Acts as lead on clerical teams.
Trains other admins.
Duties/Responsibilities: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with senior management in appropriate styles with tact and diplomacy internal and externally.
Prioritizes activities and takes action based on an understanding of department objectives, customer needs, and Client’s business strategy.
Provides guidance on prioritization to other administrative staff.
Considers the impact of own actions on others.
Organizes and continuously modifies multiple processes, programs and procedures in response to a changing environment.
Anticipates and creates contingency plans to deal with potential challenges and roadblocks.
Able to multitask to successfully deliver on a diverse array of tasks.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications Education: College degree preferred High School Diploma with relevant experience accepted Experience/Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Assistant or comparable experience 7 years administrative or related experience preferred Skills/Competencies: Strong written and communication skills Well versed in microsoft office tools (excel, powerpoint, etc) Excels at working in a matrix organization.
