Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Screen incoming calls and correspondence Manage calendars including the coordination of internal and external meetings and conference calls Process and reconcile expense reports Maintain file index, filing systems and all computer files Handle word processing Maintain status reports Data entry Schedule travel Additional duties and projects as assigned Experience Skills: BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum of four years experience in office administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and professional phone demeanor
