seeks Vice President, Fund Accounting and Reporting in Santa Monica, CA to review and oversee quarterly and annual financial statements of various funds.

Req’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing accounting principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principle in US to ensure the accuracy of the financial information recorded or reported; preparing or reviewing financial and managerial reports and related analysis; working with team members and external parties such as administrators, banks and custodians; utilizing technologies, including Microsoft Excel for data analysis and calculation; and utilizing professional software for auditing or accounting.

Must have 4 years of experience: working on various investment vehicles including hedge funds, private credit funds, private equity funds and fund of funds in wealth and asset management industry; and working with management fees, incentive fees and carried interest.
