Valuations Consultant

  • Oversee valuations as a part of the quarterly portfolio valuation process
  • Assist with coordinating private equity valuation functions with accounting/marketing/legal departments and external auditors
  • Assist with research projects including market area analysis
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects
  • Manage valuations are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Capital IQ or Bloomberg a plus
  • Experience with modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
