A career in our Financial Services Enabling Technologies practice, within Industry and Functional Apps services, will provide you with the opportunity to build secure and new digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers.

We focus on improving apps or developing new apps for traditional and mobile devices as well as conducting usability testing to find ways to improve our clients’ user experience.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in working with business stakeholders in understanding their business needs including:
An understanding of front, middle and back office processes, within asset and wealth management; preferably a wealth manager / RIA firm (e.g., life of a trade, life of an account); Order management, order management systems; Portfolio Accounting; Performance Measurement/Reporting; Client Reporting/Statements; and, Familiarity with Charles River and SS&C, and/or comparable firms such as SEI, Broadridge, Envestnet, Tamarac, Orion, Linedata / Longview.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of platform implementation experience in the following areas:
Business Requirements Analysis/Business Process Redesign; Systems Analysis/Functional Specification Documentation/Wireframe Creation; Data Management (source-to-target mappings, data modeling, data blending, ETL, etc.); Configuration Experience
– UI, Reports, etc.; Testing
– QA/UAT; and, Project Management
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of the team members; Providing candid and meaningful feedback in a timely manner; Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; and, Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff.

Demonstrates proven abilities and success working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:
Facilitating workshop/meeting including remote facilitation; Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements; Participating in client discussions and meetings actively; Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services; Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and, Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

Possessing technical skills including but not limited to the following:
Demonstrating experience Jira and Confluence; and, Demonstrating agile software development experience.
