Managing Director
•Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developingrelationships, scoping prospective clients, and creating and maintaining business partnerships
•Establish, drive, and execute a business development plan in accordance with the market.
•Build strong relationships with hiring managers
•Manage the operation of the Recruiting and Business Development team (Metrics, Compliance, etc.)KPI’s must be met or exceeded.
•Negotiate new contracts; pricing on temp/contract and permanent fees Employee Retention and Management
•KPI team management
•Staff development and mentoring Requirements
•BA in related industry or, 5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
•5 year of Sales/Business Development
•Proven negotiating skills
•Prior management experience
•Staffing industry experience required

In addition to sharing the team management and office operations responsibilities, this role reports directly to our Regional Directors, President and Managing Partners.
