Accounting & Operations Manager (JO-2105-120258)

Small, family owned financial services company located near West Los Angeles is looking for an Accounting & Operations Manager.

In this position, the Accounting & Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient accounting/financial processes and operations/administrative procedures for the company.

Main duties for the Accounting & Operations Manager include handling the day to day accounting and bookkeeping functions (i.e., month/quarter/year-end, general ledger, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, financial statement preparation, accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), payroll, etc.), overseeing administrative and human resources tasks of the office, and supervise personnel.

The Accounting & Operations Manager will also work closely with the outside CPA firm, prepare tax filings, as well as manage banking and other corporate relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
At least 7 years of accounting and office management experience.
QuickBooks is required.
Strong leadership ability.
Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Multi-tasking skills are critical.
