Key Responsibilities
- Lead Planning processes such as Annual Budget, Forecast updates and Long-Term plan
- Provide Operational Finance support to segments/business entities including Publishing and Entertainment
- Lead consolidation process for quarterly close and prepare Executive and Board presentation materials
- Work with Accounting team extensively to understand transaction flow and monthly actualized transactions and prepare variance explanations compared to prior year and budget
- Enhance existing financial reporting and create internal and external executive reporting documents from scratch
- Drive consistency in submissions and reporting across Corp and Segments
- Execute and innovate the process of data analysis and preparing KPI dashboards that provide a deeper view of the business
- Actively participate in the implementation of business intelligence tool and FP&A tool
- Handle Ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of work experience in Corporate Finance or Operational Finance in a growth company or global company
- Experience implementing Budgeting Software a plus
- Experience supporting multiple business entities a plus
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management
- Advanced Excel and presentation building skills with experience in creating financial models and clear, concise presentation materials
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, ability to handle multiple ad-hoc requests and projects
