Our goal is to understand our clients’ unique needs and support them throughout a lifetime of financial goals.ResponsibilitiesFirst Republic Trust Company (FRTC) is looking for a high-caliber, experienced individual who will be responsible for initiating, nurturing and expanding new business opportunities with individual clients and significant COI relationships for the Wyoming Trust Company, nationally.

He/She will educate prospects on the strategic advantages of trusts and benefits of working with First Republic Trust Company.

This person will be a key member of the Business Development team, responsible for driving account growth and revenue goals.

The ideal person for this role thrives on building long-term relationships, has a thorough knowledge and recognized expertise in trusts, enjoys helping others, and executes with a client-centric focus.

He/She will be the start of the business relationship and will be supported by a team and the First Republic platform that provides full servicing of the relationship utilizing a Relationship Manager model for the delivery of an exceptional client experience.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS A MANAGING DIRECTOR, FIDUCIARY SPECIALIST Researches and understands the competitive landscape, identifies capabilities and gaps, and positions First Republic Trust Company of Wyoming in the best way.

Identifies and understands the business strategies and industry trends to target new business opportunities.

Builds and nurtures new relationships with individuals and industry professionals in the investment and financial planning/advisory space.

Extensively networks with internal and external partners within the First Republic Bank footprint is essential.

Collaborates with colleagues to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Achieves annual revenue goals as established by senior management.What you’ll do as a Managing Director, Fiduciary Specialist: Expertly communicate information about First Republic Trust Company of Wyoming’s products, services and account types and have deep knowledge of trust and tax Meet business development goals; he/she will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual targeted revenue goals for new accounts.

Maintain and expand assigned prospecting database and opportunities pipeline; tracking activity and effectiveness.

Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral sources, and close prospects and referral opportunities.

Conduct timely follow-up on individual leads by phone, email or in person to nurture the prospects and move them through the development process.

Provide feedback and direction on business development campaigns and emerging opportunities in the marketplace.

Work closely with First Republic colleagues to make sure the entire depth and breadth of First Republic’s offerings are presented to clients.

Maintain industry knowledge, regulatory changes and impact to trusts.QualificationsYou could be a great fit if you have: 10+ years business development experience in the trust business.

Strong technical ability within the trust and estate business.

Excellent verbal and communication skills with strong presentation skills.

Should be a self-starter that enjoys the challenge of a professional sales environment.

Must work well within a team framework and independently with minimal direction.

Strong leadership and self-motivated.

Bachelor’s Degree required and advanced degree preferred.

JD or other relevant certifications are helpful.Job Demands: Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.

Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
