Accounting Clerk ( No Experience Required ) or Manager ( Minimum 5 years Experience Required )

Job Description:
Uni Hosiery Inc., a worldwide importer of lingerie, underwear , sportswear and socks is currently hiring for Entry Level Accounting Clerk . We are looking for someone who is well rounded and motivated with high energy. You must be organized and accurate with efficiency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate and process all Accounts AR/AP
- Assist with month end close.
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare mailings and priority shipments for the Finance/Accounting Department.
- Prepare labels and maintain files as needed within the department.
- Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
- Prepares payroll processing files and works

Job Requirements:

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED:
- Minimum 3 years Experienced Requried
- Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets
- Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
- Bachelor’s degree Required.
