Accounting Assistant – Hybrid Remote

Immediate need for experienced Accounting Assistant with A/P and A/R experience to join profitable and stable international manufacturer in their Norcross Headquarters office. To facilitate our continuous growth, we are seeking a full-time bi-lingual Accountant (Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish) to assist our dynamic and confident accounting team. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, is eager to learn and is dependable. MUST live within commutable distance to Norcross, GA As part of a small Accounting team you will have primary responsibility for applying cash, research and ongoing communication as needed with a group of large customers. . You will be part of a highly supportive environment with adequate training and ongoing help to learn all aspects of this role Responsibilities: Collect and allocate payments Proactively identify and notify clients of past due invoices Research and resolve payment discrepancies Distribute outgoing invoices Approval of vendor invoices Issuing of payments to vendors Verification and Approval of expense reports Account reconciliation of group company statements Assist with accounting projects as needed Requirements: 2 years of accounting experience desired Knowledge of operational accounting processes Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively High level of PC proficiency, Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills preferred Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through College degree or equivalent experience Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED The position offers REMOTE HYBRID, an attractive base salary, a comprehensive benefits program with 100% paid medical, dental, life, disability insurance and 401(k) plan with company match.
