FULLY REMOTE Job description : Placing 125
– 150 calls per day to identified individuals who may be eligible to participate in a clinical trial explaining the details of the clinical trial or study to the individual Connecting interested individuals to the study site Documenting the outcome of the contact in QuickBase Experience:
· Minimum one year experience in a call center.
· Outbound call center experience is preferred.
· Basic understanding of a computer and navigation of multiple systems
· Experience using computer software vs a physical phone is preferred.
We use Avaya One X Agent software
· Experience using QuickBase to document is preferred but not required
· Experience using Microsoft Office and Teams preferred
