As a Payroll Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the Go to for processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
– Processing payroll requests accurately and on time
– Delivering exceptional customer care
– Communicating effectively in-person, by phone, and e-mail
– Collaborating and cross-training with other departments
– Functioning as a reliable and efficient team member
Qualifications
– Proven experience in successfully managing a high volume of data, while meeting multiple deadlines
– Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers
– A track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits
– Previous payroll experience preferred
– Two-year or four-year college degree a plus
Skills
– Knowledge of payroll fundamentals
– Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
– Attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy
– Ability to organize, prioritize and work independently with little supervision
– Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Compensation
$23.50 or Depending on Experience per hour
