The Opportunity We are actively seeking a Product Specialist to join our Technical Support team.

In this role, you will support the team by providing technical support functions for the division.

In addition, you will be encouraged to provide deep product expertise and assistance to customers across AGI SureTrack’s product lines while also listening to their needs and ensuring that solutions are offered and followed through with.

The Team We are a dynamic team of Product Specialist professionals from varied backgrounds.

The Product Specialist will report to the Team Lead.

Responsibilities Partner with Customer Service, Dealers, and Field Team members to assist with technical issues Provide technical and non-technical training, support, and services to internal and external customers Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities and other related research Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to represent the company in a positive manner Support engineering activities such as testing firmware and configuring test systems Complete tasks with an appropriate balance of understanding priority and quality expectations Proactively identify issues and provide options for success Participate in field visits in support of technical issue resolution Work on developing in-depth understanding of products and systems Qualifications 2-year degree or equivalent years of experience or related military training Proven history of managing a complex technical product line Well organized with strong attention to detail Superior customer relationship skills, including active listening A professional and positive attitude and approach to work Leadership skills Proficient with Microsoft Office How To Apply Apply today Email katie.youngquistaggrowth.com with your cover letter and resume and note the job you’re applying for in the subject line.
