Role: Production Support Executive Experience: 6 to 8 years Ideal candidate will
• Have excellent knowledge of ITSM principles
• Have Worked in production support projects, managing mission critical projects
• Have good knowledge of scripting language (bash / shell)
• Good experience in creating Splunk / Dynatrace dashboards
• Experience in supporting Java applications in production.
• Have working knowledge of Postgres / Oracle
• Exposure to networking concepts, particularly F5 networks will be a plus.
• Exposure to certificate management using tools like Venafi.
