Who You Are
7+ years experience working as a paralegal at a larger law firm and/or global company Must have experience within the financial services sector Proficiency in legal entity management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint Ability to multi-task with pressing deadlines, while remaining self-sufficient in driving projects
What You’ll Do
Management of legal entity maintenance, including preparation of internal legal documentation, foreign qualifications, dissolutions, name changes, conversions Prepare entities in various states
– form, maintain, and dissolve entities Draw up statutory filings and coordinate with the finance group on various financial and legal reporting matters Assist with the filing of registrations and other documents with the Secretary of State and other applicable agencies Establishing, and maintaining a global legal entity management system Other projects as needed
