– $90,000.00Year Contract TypeDirect Hire Job LocationVancouver, Washington LHH Professional Solutions is happy to partner with a culturally driven organization located in Vancouver, WA who is adding an Accounting Manager to their team This position is hybrid, 2-3 days onsite a week in Vancouver, WA and will have oversight of all accounting including monthly close & general ledger processes plus be a mentor and lead to the accounting team.
The role reports to the Director of Finance.
This position is great for a Senior Accountant seeking their next step or an Accounting Manager looking to dive more into leadership and mentorship as the main component of their day to day.
All are welcome to apply DESCRIPTION Oversight of Full-Cylce Accounting functions (including journal entries, month-end close, consolidations) Leading and developing accounting staff (5-7) Audit and Tax Compliance and Preparation Assist with Budget and Forecasting Oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable, and Payroll transactions Management of Accounting Compliance REQUIREMENTS Accounting or Finance degree required 4 years’ experience managing Month-End Close processes and GL Reconciliations Advanced user of tools and reporting systems Proficient within US GAAP compliance SKILLS Has lead and mentored a team of 5 Experience creating efficiencies and providing solutions A collaborative and team oriented mentality Has managed an implementation or software transition COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Base Salary: $85-$90K base PTO 3 weeks Comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage 401K with match 40-hour work week with strong flexibliy and balance At LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight practice areas including Accounting and Finance.
