Primary Responsibilities The specific responsibilities of the Senior Client Finance Analyst will include, but are not limited to the following: Along with the department manager, assist in managing company revenue recognition, complete monthly close process, and ensure accuracy of financial dashboards for leadership review and decision making Perform variance analysis and forecasting to measure progress towards team and company revenue goals Conduct monthly meetings with all account leaders to determine the accuracy of the company’s pipeline by confirming job statuses, timelines, and forecasted budgeted amounts Responsible for final reconciliation of all company projects to determine revenue and profitability Maintain a report detailing unearned vs.
unbilled balances of all projects which is used for write-off analysis, credit adjustments, and invoicing Generate monthly reports on employee hours per team, and total hours recorded vs.
revenue recognized Ad hoc report requests, both internal and during outside audits of revenue recognition processes, timing, and amounts of revenue recognized Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Proficiency in Excel and other MS office applications Knowledge of and experience with ASC606 revenue recognition compliance Ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet strict company reporting deadlines 3-5 years’ relevant business experience Previous experience with Business Intelligence software (Tableau, powerBI, Birst) The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Following Competencies Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and accuracy focused Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities Ability to bring projects to completion and prioritize work and tasks Ability to use sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive matters Motivation to be a team player Any data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
