Seeking a Business Development Executive to prospect and generate new business in the West Coast based in the greater Los Angeles, California area.
This position requires cold calling and services expansion with businesses to generate new sales.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Company’s services and pricing structure.Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.Meet or exceed the existing client additional services sales goals.Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities.Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.Regularly meet with Sales VP to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.REQUIREMENTS/SKILLSSuccessful Candidates will possess the following: Must present and communicate in a professional manner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be organized with good time management skills.Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Salesforce or similar CRM experience a ++.Demonstrated cold calling proficiency is essential.Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or comparable relevant experience required.Minimum 3 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success in Professional Staffing Services.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Outside business-to-business sales: 3 years (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)
