Head of Product Operations & Analytics

Following the expansion of our network, with the acquisition of long-time partner, Skimlinks, we are seeking a collaborative, driven, highly analytical, proactive, and self-motivated Head of Product Operations & Analytics.

In this role, you’ll be a key advisor and project lead responsible for marketplace analytics & insights, growth operations, and cross-functional initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, and/or two-sided marketplaces, with a background/passion for leveraging data and strategic thinking to drive improvements in metrics and product usage.

We’re looking for someone that’s comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead analysis on marketplace performance to optimize metrics and drive operational changes to grow revenue.

Become fluent in demand
– and supply-side trends.

Design reporting models for monitoring key data trends and provide actionable recommendations to management Provide analyses and recommendations on Cost-Per-Click pricing, supply-side incentives, engagement growth, ROAS optimization, retailer budget allocation, and more Manage and implement growth-related operations impacting product and revenue performance for retailers, publishers, and social influencers Develop strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the company and work cross-functionally to achieve workstream and overall business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of work experience (or 6+ years with MBA or Master’s degree) involving analytical and operational rigor including functions such as business operations, product operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or planning & analysis roles Experience working with large data sets in Excel, manipulating, analyzing, and automating data to cull insights and develop actionable data-driven recommendations Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and optimization in a digital product environment
