Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.Job Description:Responsibilities for the Payroll Administration position include:* Delivering a pleasant customer service experience.* Acquiring payroll data from companys reps.* Setting up new companies in the payroll system.* Setting up new employees in the payroll system.* Entering payroll information into the system for processing.* Following up with companies on misinformation on time cards and wage spreadsheets.* Making corrections in a timely manner.* Delivering payroll to clients.* Tracking and organizing physical/digital payroll files.* Corresponding with payroll agency inquiries.* Researching payroll archives for documents necessary to resolve client payroll issues.* Delivering the necessary documents to payroll agencies based on requests.* Research payroll software features.* Filing quarterly and annual payroll tax reports.* Along with other duties necessary to ensure the flow of the company.Job Requirements:* At least 1-year of payroll clerical experience.* Good customer services skills.* Great follow up and organization skills.* Outstanding communication skills.* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Windows and Mac operating systems.* Experience with google docs and dropbox.*NOTE: To complete the application process please call our Applicant Hotline at 323-570-0233 and leave your answers to the following questions on the voicemail.1.
