Who Youll Work With:

As a Senior Manager, Recruiting & Alumni Marketing, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with an array of stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies that are engaging, innovative, inclusive and memorable.

Reporting to the Director of Employer Brand, you will maintain close partnerships with firm leaders in recruiting and alumni relations (i.e., the primary stakeholders for this role), and create tailored content for these audiences – leveraging partnerships with video, social media, digital/web, creative services and copywriting capabilities across the team.

What You’ll Do

This position is open to a highly collaborative marketing leader, possessing deep experience driving compelling content strategy that is smartly tailored to support broader business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain deep partnerships with firm leaders in recruiting and alumni relations, serving as the strategic marketing link between these constituents and our breadth of marketing and brand capabilities
  • Partner with constituents to refine and evolve value proposition language for recruiting and alumni populations.

    Serve as a steward in ensuring this language is used consistently in internal and external channels

  • Based on evolving recruit and alumni business needs, collaborate with marketing and brand colleagues to deliver and execute campaign and content recommendations (e.g., leveraging storytelling, multimedia, social media) that elevate the Bain brand among our recruit and alumni audiences
  • Serve as the project lead in advising on, and facilitating, marketing and brand support for key recruiting and alumni milestones throughout the year.
  • Proactively advise on creative, out-of-the-box content ideas that will continually raise the bar in how we engage with recruits and alumni
  • Consistently advise on communications approach for recruits and alumni, providing counsel on broader framing as well as specific language

About You

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, driving creative integrated marketing strategies in support of stakeholder-specific business objectives
  • You must have experience leading deeply collaborative, strategic partnerships with video, creative services, social media (organic and paid), copywriting and communications colleagues
  • An appetite for big ideas, out-of-the-box thinking, and leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions
  • You are a communicative, empathetic manager who is enthusiastic about mentoring junior team members
  • A strong writer with the flexibility to incorporate brand voice and target audiences
  • You have experience integrating evolving business needs into creative marketing campaigns, as well as navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward
  • A strong presenter and effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
