Purity.Organic, a rapidly growing beverage company is seeking a passionate, motivated, entrepreneurial person to join our team in the Southern California Area.

Purity.Organic bottles and sells organic juices, teas, and coconut water throughout the country.

This position is full-time and requires sales team management, prioritization of work and accountability of results for your team as well as distributor management to include: setting and attaining sales goals, sales incentive programming, bill back management, special pricing management, key account sales, merchandising and POS standards and deliverables.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities:
Fully manage and build rapport with existing beverage distributor management to set sales and distribution goals to increase overall sales.

Manage regional grocery/natural chain business in market.

Identify and secure new distribution channels when necessary.

Generate quarterly plans based on established goals for your regional team and execute them.

Analyze account data and market trends continuously to identify new opportunities and account maintenance needs to meet set sales and distribution goal.

Ride with distributor sales reps on regular basis to gain new accounts and develop relationships and routes.

Locate and secure distribution in new key accounts throughout the region.

Merchandise and follow-up with existing accounts (which includes independent and chain accounts).

Attend and present at distributor sales meetings and planning meetings.

Own the role, show initiative and create standards for others to follow.

Complete weekly sales recap data and insure team is doing the same.

Requirements :
Excellent communication skills (written & oral).

Must be able to create material in Excel and PowerPoint and present at distributor sales meetings as well as to end-users.

Must be organized and self-motivated with a passion for selling and team building.

A self-starter who is used to making their own schedule and directing a team to achieve results and goals, efficiently.

Willingness to travel 80% of the time in the car.

You will be on the road every day visiting distributors and accounts and riding with distributor sales reps.

Outgoing, likable, professional, courteous personality.

Ability to work on a team and individually.

Ability to work nights and weekends when required (1-2 times per month).

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Past Experience (not required, but helpful):
Sales management in the beverage industry Business to business sales.

Familiarity with consumer packaged goods and profit margin mathematics.
