Location: REMOTEDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Digital Solutions Project Manager.Seeking a PM that has worked on ecommerce projects and app development projects Experience developing an ecommerce sites with excellent customer experience look/feel.As a key member of our digital program, the Digital Solutions Project Manager will manage the rollout of digital solutions across our North American businesses.
This person must be a skilled multi-tasker with the ability to schedule projects, track progress, and drive to deadlines, and be incredibly organized.
The project manager will help manage the execution of projects, working directly with internal and external team members, while aligned with our global digital strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, governance structures and monitoring to ensure timely, on-budget and quality outcomes Drive the enrichment of our product, customer, etc.
data to enhance SEO effectiveness Lead the migration of data from existing WordPress to our ecommerce platform Present monthly updates to the executive steering committee.
Develop program-level communications to all stakeholder levels.
Develop and implement change-management strategies to help ensure a beneficial transition to the new system while mitigating disruption.
Coordinate internal and external digital program communicationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and business partners, both verbally and in written form.
Strong change management leader Ability to set agendas and facilitate meetings, while focusing in on critical path discussion topics and necessary decisions Proven ability to work remotely and independently Ability to work with teams to uncover, define and document business processes and align them to system processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworksExperience: Five or more years of experience managing information technology projects in a corporate work environment Strong background in e-commerce, Digital, and Marketing Project/program management experience in complex mid to large sized programs managing workplan, project scope, finances, contractors, and vendors.
Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical studies.
