HIRING NOW!Assistant Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:* Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.* Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.* Oversees Distribution, Logistics, 3PL teams ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental leadership.* Communicates new directives, policies, or procedures to supervisors; for major changes, meets with operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.* Ensure inventory counts and processes are accurate.

Follow company process and procedures for all inventories for audits, damage, cycle counts, disposals, returns from customer, disposals, scrapping, liquidation and internal company supply items.* Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.* Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.* Meet or exceed customer performance metrics with prompt follow-up on issues in a timely manner* Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.* Meet or exceed all compliance or governance requirements for local, regional and federal regulatory agencies as well as internal safety, sanitation plans as directed by management.* Performs other related duties as assigned.Our ideal candidate* Strong background with at least 3+ years of related experience and preferred bilingual Spanish* Experience with Online Ecommerce Fulfillment a big PLUSSkills and abilities:* Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working with WMS* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
