You will also work side-by-side with other ABMs to drive marketing activities and help fuel growth for the overall brand in either our Sun, Makeup, or Acne categories.n nSpecific responsibilities include all aspects of brand management, including business analysis and marketing programs that support strategic business objectives.

You will contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets through forecasting & budget management and identify opportunities to strategically grow the business and execute against them.

You will assist in development of business plans and execute against the business plan through various programs, such as new product launch support, trade programs, advertising and media development, digital activities and consumer promotions, all while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research, agency partners and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals.n n Key Responsibilitiesn n The Associate Brand Manager may be responsible for:n Supporting the development and execution of brand plans to meet the business needs and expectations for the brand including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.

Supporting and developing product forecasting as well as budgets to ensure plans can be executed and financial targets delivered.

Partnering with the advertising and media agency to develop communication plans and advertising to improve business results; Monitoring advertising performance to optimize return on investment.

Supporting workstreams to drive ecommerce growth (includes digital merchandising, UX, search), while tracking performance with dashboards to report progress and optimize Developing a 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver the brand strategic plan and operating plan goals Owning and drive development of new product concepts, claims, commercial innovation shaped by consumer & category insights and trends Effectively leading cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development and commercialization Building and effectively influencing business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers Contributing to a high-performance environment with a culture of collaboration and innovation n n Qualificationsn A BA/BS degree is required; a Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred A minimum of 2 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required Marketing sales or related experience in a consumer related sector is highly preferred Ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation and manage projects is required Experience with agencies (especially writing insightful briefs that led to phenomenal consumer relevant work) is preferred Experience with digital marketing, A/B testing, and dashboards like Google Analytics preferred Very strong analytical capacity, and track record in driving business results is preferred Prior experience managing a forecast and budget preferred Demonstrated brand business building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership-ability to shape ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights is required Previous beauty experience is preferred This position requires approximately 10% domestic travel n n Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
