Senior Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Senior Electrical Project Manager is between $125,000 and $145,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Senior Electrical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to identify immediate and long-term needs, communicating an understanding of client requests and potential challenges, orally and through well-formatted, written proposals
- Use software programs to assist in preparing estimates, capturing materials and man-hours, required
- Responsible for negotiating contracts
- Manage and reviewing budget and project setup; notify dispatch of scheduled requirements and material requirements, including lead time issues
- Track the project progress, identifying and resolving milestone obstacles
- Provide all closeout documentation as needed
- Follow up with customer to ensure all expectations have been met and measure overall performance satisfaction
Senior Electrical Project Manager Qualifications
- Experience simultaneously managing projects in excess of $15 million+
- Must be local to Los Angeles, CA market
- Must have a strong history overseeing multi-million-dollar Data Center Projects
- Must have experience working as a Senior Project Manager at a large Electrical Contractor.
- Experience managing multiple Project Managers.
- Must have a stable work history.
- Must have strong business development skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading commercial projects.
- Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
