nn nnThe Regional VP Sales is afield-based position with the overall responsibility for driving commitment andaccountability of a central laboratory sales team to achieve or exceed salesgoals.

This sales team consisting of 6-8 Account Managers, a Key AccountExecutive and an Assay Sales Specialist whose primary responsibility is tomaintain and grow existing base business as well as developing newopportunities across all product lines.

nn nnThe product categories includeChemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, Hemostasis, Coagulation, Molecular, andBlood Gas. Candidates must reside within their territory and beexperienced selling into the hospital lab call point.nn nnThisrole reports to the Vice President, West Sales within Siemens Healthineers andis part of the dynamic and growing lab diagnostics sales division.nn nn This position may suit you best,if you are familiar with the hospital lab call point and would like to develop your career with Healthineers.

nn nnKey attributes:nn nn n Principal Accountabilities: nn nn Requiredskills to have for the success of this role nn Proven track record in a solution-selling environment 5+ years’ experience in a complex sales environment (Capital equipment, Medical, Devices, etc.) 2 + years’ experience managing field sales teams directly ideal High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer) Experience with CRM type tools and the ability to acclimate to a variety of IT tools Solution selling experience is a must Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences is preferred or years’ experience Willing to travel up to 70% nnAt Siemens Healthineers, we value those whodedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
