VP of Sales – West Division

If you’re a performance driven, customer focused Sales Leader who values teamwork and excellence, then please take a closer look -The Vice President of Sales – West Division will develop and execute all Division and Corporate Sales and Revenue Generating objectives and strategies. As such, the VP of Sales will be responsible for ensuring Revenue/Gross Margin deliverables are met/exceeded. Will manage and develop an assigned Division with geographic parameters defined by the Chief Revenue Officer. The incumbent will analyze market trends to develop business growth strategy. Will support Region Directors into targeting and acquiring qualified deals – focusing on under-penetrated and under-served Zip Codes. The preferred location for this remote role is TX, CA, or CO – Must be able to travel regularly throughout the Western US. RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead, develop and direct the Western Division ( Western United States)Establish and /or develop, and flawlessly execute against sales strategies and tactics for assigned DivisionOversee planning integrated with business strategies in partnership with Senior Management TeamCultivate and maintain a strong customer-focused approachDrive concepts to execution in alignment with strategic framework and collaboration with Senior Management teamLeverage current and past relationships to open doors to new business opportunitiesIntegrate competitor information and customer knowledge with customer priorities to develop business opportunitiesClearly communicate job expectation, plan, monitor, and enforce policies and proceduresPrepare and complete action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standardsResolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends; determine Region sales system improvements, implement changeMeet Division sales financial objectives by: scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsMaintain and expand customer base by counseling Sales Executives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunitiesRecommends product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities, and/or service changes; surveying consumer needs and trendsSupervisory Responsibilities3 Region Directors as Direct ReportsQualifications:15+ years of proven sales experience with retail network in supermarkets/Money Transfer trade of business preferred. Similar experiences such as prepaid card services experience (Telephone cards, credit cards, etc.) may be considered based on experience and network.High level of Integrity, ambitious, energetic, strong work ethic, and competitiveMulticultural Experience is preferred; Mexico, and Guatemala highly recommendedBilingual: English and Spanish preferredSolid written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelMust be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
