The Anajak Maitre’d should be comfortable with booking reservations to maximize restaurant seating during service, comfortable with changing floor plans multiple times throughout the evening and maximize seating in future floor plans. A mature flexible temperament,with a strong conflict resolution skill set in additon to being solution focused is a must.
Event planning experience is a plus!
