What we are looking for in an Implementation Manager The Implementation Manager acts as a trusted advisor that can explore, understand, and shape customer expectations.
This ongoing work with our customers informs our strategic product decisions by providing thought leadership and meaningful recommendations to solve customer needs and facilitate customer’s adoption of the Ready Platform.
The Implementation Manager will work alongside customers to onboard and train their teams on platform best practices and functionality, while also possessing the ability to provide hands-on full-service collaboration supporting system integration, building education and training activities, and analyzing learning data.
Experience driving successful customer adoption of software in the eClinical space Experience gathering and assessing customer needs, and delivering value by guiding customers based on business knowledge and visibility into current vs future state product capabilities.
Utilize product and industry knowledge to successfully engage with customers across company markets.
Ability to deliver exceptional value by guiding customers based on industry knowledge and product expertise.
Passion for customer service.
An ability to collaborate internally with Sales, Data, & Product teams to drive continuous improvement & provide an outstanding customer experience.
Demonstrated growth mindset with strong ability to anticipate needs and proactively develop innovative solutions in a customer centric way to allow ArcheMedX to efficiently deliver value.
Strong synchronous and asynchronous communication skills.
Willingness to work independently, learn, adapt, and lead change within ArcheMedX.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment to meet evolving business requirements.
Capacity to streamline processes & develop documentation.
Technically savvy, able to quickly learn and embrace new technologies/software.
Nice to have Instructional design experience Formal project management training Familiarity with Hive, Hubspot, Google Business Tools, and Slack Experience in a customer facing role at a sponsor, CRO, or eClinical solution provider Familiarity with video editing tools/software A curiosity about learning and behavior change Familiarity with business intelligence tools What Is ArcheMedX?
