Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company, is currently seeking experienced Senior Accountants who want to join an amazing team of talented Consultants, tasked with supporting our clients in a wide range of interim and project-based accounting needs.
Our clients consist of start-up to mid-sized companies covering a variety of industries based in the Austin (and greater central Texas) area.
Bridgepoint Consultants provide services onsite at the client’s location and function as part of their team throughout the duration of each project.
You’ll Be a Great Fit if You Have: 2-5 years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience Recent hands-on experience with routine accounting tasks such as payables, invoicing, collections, payroll, cash management, etc.
Revenue Recognition work experience Experience with monthly close procedures, monthly and quarterly financial reporting Maintained and/or implemented effective internal controls Prepared monthly account reconciliations Experience in small to mid-sized company environment with the ability to multi-task and wear several hats A strong understanding of U.S.
GAAP, experience researching technical GAAP issues Skills you’ll Need: Required B.A.
or B.S.
from an accredited college or university; Accounting or Finance degrees are a plus Strong desire for consulting style work and delivering excellent client service Hungry, Humble, Smart Attitude Preferred Working on or you have a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or MBA Ample hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Excel (additional familiarities with other Accounting soft wares, a major plus) Prior employment by a Big 4 or other nationally recognized accounting firms Industry experience in start-ups, technology, SaaS & Big Four/public accounting Effectively perform detailed tasks as required, and provide experienced expertise & insight Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written Ability to adapt to various client environments, and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization What We Have to Offer: Competitive Salaries and quarterly bonuses Full benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Excellent 401K employer match Fun, exciting, fast-paced environment Why TeamBridgepoint?
