The role Associate Director of Program Management Serve as the program leader for high-profile, business-critical projects/programs including, but not limited to, business integrations, divestitures, and complex, enterprise-wide operational initiatives. Job Roles and Responsibilities Own and Drive the portfolio management process and strategy execution Own and drive the resource planning and management Embed a Pain High Performance Management System (HPMS) including leading and supporting job tickets, supporting deployment of the Success Tree Drive and execute complex project/programs with excellence through all stages of the project (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing). Manage stakeholder and project communication (includes updates to leadership, stakeholder alignment on project scope and milestones, and escalation of issues and risks). Delivers updates on project status at senior-level reviews. Communicates decisions, direction, issues from governance meetings. Must have the ability to communicate effectively at the C-Suite Level. Your Qualifications Required Years of experience: 10 years of successfully managing high-profile business projects in the regulated environment with a preference toward the medical device industry. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Certification(s) / License(s): Project Management Certification or equivalent required System /Program Specific Experience: 10 years of successfully managing high-profile business projects in the regulated environment with a preference toward the medical device industry.
