This person crafts and executes the fulfillment programs for all of 411 Locals product lines, while collaborating closely with marketing, sale, customer support, and external partners and vendors.
They take ownership of the effectiveness and efficiency of product/service fulfillment.
Their efforts will lead to improving the product/service offers, optimize the cost of fulfillment, achieve fast results, and increase customer satisfaction, retention, and spend.
