This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for
Essential Functions:
* Lead a team of ten or more multi-disciplinary Project Managers and Projects Engineers, enabling them to successfully execute their projects.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and direct assistance as necessary to enable and energize the team members in the achievement of their roles and responsibilities.
* Lead or participate in the completion of infrastructure development planning exercises in support of the long-range strategic planning of the facilities division.
* Prioritize tasks and work multiple activities to ensure achievement of short term objectives in a risk sensitive execution environment.
* Develop sound stakeholder relationships and build a culture of reliable high performance within the team.
* Plan, execute, and verify process improvement strategies.
* Champion construction safety, team engagement, and best practice contract management approaches to complex project delivery
* Excellent communication and organization skills Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering Math) with 5 years of management experience in leading project teams of five or more OR 3 years of management experience in leading project teams of five or more with Master’s Degree in STEM
* Experience with project development or management of large construction projects (>$10M) and /or various contract types
* Experience building and/or engaging teams * Experience with Microsoft Office products * Experience delivering executive level presentations and /or engage professionally with senior internal/external stakeholders
* Must be able to obtain and maintain, at least ONE of the following U.S. Government security clearances: Dept of Defense Top Secret level OR SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)Preferred Qualifications:
* Hold or have held within the last five years ONE of the following U.S. Government security clearances: Dept of Defense Top Secret level OR SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
* Experience with the design and construction of cleanrooms

” Salary Range: $130,500 USD – $195,700 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
