Sous Chef / Chef

This is 30 plus hour weekly freelance position assisting a busy Vegan private chef

Tuesday through Saturday from 9am until 3pm.

Need to be proficient with vegetable preparation, cuts, and cookery.

Need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds many times throughout the day.

Need to be able to shop for produce, prep, package, follow recipes and instructions.

Must have at least 3 years of Culinary experience but will train.

Need to be computer literate in Mac.

Need a clean driving record.

Vegan or Vegetarian is a plus

Need to have kitchen smarts and be able to work quietly and independently.

Need to be very respectful and comfortable working in private homes and professional settings.

Salary based on experience.

Culinary enthusiasts and culinary professionals only apply. Must be available consistently.

Must be able to lift , bend, squat and stand for long periods of time .
