Marketing Content Manager

This particular role works cross-functionally across all brands of the Thirty Capital portfolio.

Manager of Content & Thought Leadership This role will manage content and thought leadership strategy for all Thirty Capital brands.

In this role, expect to employ tactics that drive brand awareness and credibility, inform the industry, and establish our brands as thought leaders in the market.

You’ll produce and leverage a variety of content, such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts to educate the industry, nurture leads in the sales pipeline, and effectively share our story.

This role requires a creative, collaborative individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and has excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Build programs and campaigns that stimulate interest, understanding, and intent for our brands.

Build and maintain an editorial calendar with a consistent cadence of content and communications that align with business goals and objectives.

Develop a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and serve as a subject matter expert.

Research competitors and develop strategies that position our brands as thought leaders in the industry.

Leverage content management systems/tools and promote internal adoption and usage.

Ideate creative content concepts and manage the execution of those ideas.

Produce a high-quality, high-impact content in a variety of formats and channels that is in adherence to brand and content style guides and educates, engages, and inspires prospects.

Collaborate with other team members to determine and execute on content promotion strategies, such as email marketing, ABM, social media, and PR.

Create content strategies that expand the reach of content, drive traffic to the website, and increase conversion rates.

Develop a program strategy and execution plan for sourcing and developing content sponsorships and/or partnerships that enhance brand awareness and impact.

Work with partners to jointly develop content and collateral.

Create A/B tests to continually produce insights and improvements.

Monitor and report on content performance and carry out optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong understanding of current B2B marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional storytelling, proofreading/editing, and researching skills Hands-on attitude, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized self-starter with strong execution, project management, problem-solving, and follow-up skills Ability to adapt to shifting business demands and priorities, with a continuous and proactive drive for improvement and success Ability to foster strong professional relationships and thrive on collaboration with cross-functional groups Education / Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 4-6 years of relevant experience with content strategy and execution, preferably for B2B SaaS by Jobble
