Manager, ADP.com Digital Experience

Overview:
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Experience that will oversee the digital strategy and experience across ADP.com for our core audience segments. Successful candidates will have a great understanding of B2B demand generation, website UX best practice, and be able to interpret data to build future action and optimization. This individual will join our growing Digital Marketing team and partner with sales, marketing operations and other internal stakeholders to drive our digital business forward.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for key segments across ADP.com Partner with subject matter experts to craft messaging that drives engagement and generates leads Team with content marketing and SEO teams to drive inbound traffic and develop buyer-enablement content that advances buyers from investigation to purchase Work closely with our digital analytics lead to develop KPIs to track performance over time Partner with conversion rate optimization manager to optimize experiences based on analytics Collaborate with our creative agencies to develop experiences to drive engagement for our audiences Work with our development to team to make sure projects are completed according to specifications Conduct user research to create the most optimal UX experiences for prospects Continually evaluate new marketing technologies that enable effective experiences for our prospects

Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in B2B SaaS environment), with focus on developing effective and user-centric website experiences. Familiarity with AB testing, analytics, agency management, SEO, and development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to coordinate across highly matrixed environment Tech-savvy and interested in latest digital technology and tools available Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented
