About the role:

Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company to inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as a MES Technical Analyst where you will works with plant MES Business Owner to prioritize MES projects with the plant leadership team. Manage infrastructure and application life cycle management.. You will also Works with the Manufacturing Intelligence team to ensure plant level MES data can be consumed. As part of the GMS/GQ team, you will report to Head of IT Biologics OpU GMS/GQ IT.

How you will contribute:

  • Escalate MES issues to Global MES Technical System Owner
  • Manage ServiceNow for plant MES incidents/tickets including tracking and metrics.
  • Help deploy MES at the manufacturing site by collaborating with global team .
  • MES Technical System Owner (TSO) at the manufacturing site.
  • Coordinate MES related activities at the site, including infrastructure deployment, allowing systems integration, manufacturing, and tier 1/tier 2 support.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field
  • Understanding of software project life cycle and experience working with MES software, Werum’s PAS-X MES solution
  • MES software functionality, pharmaceutical production processes and related configuration processes
  • Five (5) years of experience in the life sciences industry on large scale applications
  • Experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) for manufacturing systems
  • Sound experience in project management; a certification (PMP/IPMA) .
