Accedian: Enterprise Sales Director – Remote Based – Location Flexible

As Enterprise continue their migration of applications to the cloud, and accelerate the deployment of virtualized environments, Accedian aims to empower these organizations with competitive differentiation through network and application performance visibility and enhanced security solutions.

This involves a wide-angle view of all applications, transactions and IT infrastructure components together for ensuring ultra-precise end-user experience monitoring and detecting real-time suspicious, malicious and anomalous behaviors.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to introduce Accedian solutions and drive revenue within new markets focusing on large Enterprise accounts in the US Midwest Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop a segment/market penetration strategy and associated account strategies.
● Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

● Qualify and drive customer business opportunities with a customer central selling approach
● Drive customer proof-of-value evaluations from clear customer business objectives qualification.
● Collaborate with sales engineering on the RFI /RFQ process
● Engage with Accedian channel partners while keeping a direct-touch responsibility with key target accounts.
● Maintain industry knowledge and position our value relative to industry trends and new developments by attending shows, conferences and engaging in forum discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum of 10 years of prior sales experience working in a Field Sales role.

● A recent experience in selling to large enterprise accounts with a track record of engaging with CIOs, CxOs, Head of IT infrastructure and Operations, Head of Network Operations, Security officers.
● Prior experience in selling SaaS Application and Network Performance Monitoring solutions is highly desired.

● Must possess a drive for results and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

● Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

● Must work independently while leveraging Accedian resources in the most efficient way.
● Must be able to maintain a functional home office and travel periodically by air and car within the assigned territory or region.
