Real Estate Project Manager

We’re looking to hire a Real Estate Project Manager.

The overall role of the project manager is to serve as the interface between owners and the vendors who work on their properties.

Compensation:
$70,000
Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between owner and contractor on properties undergoing renovation either for resale or to hold and lease to tenants .

Responsibilities might include ordering components for the project like light fixtures, locks, hardware, plumbing fixtures, etc., scheduling vendors and deliveries, tracking expenses
Property management of owner’s properties
To coordinate listing preparations for houses that will be put up for sale.

Responsibilities include coordinating painters, landscapers, flooring vendors, cleaners, window washers, stagers, photographers.
Attending inspections and arranging to follow up inspections, scheduling and attending retrofit, appraisals, termite completion.
Managing the signs in all properties for sale or for lease
– ordering sign installations and removals, hanging riders, and removing riders as necessary

Qualifications:

Key characteristics that will make for a great project manager: communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, negotiation skills, high level of organization, an interest in construction.

A background or affinity for interior design is a plus!
