We are top sellers in iconic retailers such as 7 Eleven, Publix, Walmart, and are the #1 selling beverage of all time in the world’s largest health food retailers: GNC and Vitamin Shoppe.The Director of Sales role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for profitable growth within a diverse customer base, oversee development and successful selling of customer plans, build enduring relationships with senior management and provides strategic direction and leadership to a team’s responsible for system volume, gross profit, and execution with the designated retail customers.

Strategy Work with the Sales organizations.Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate to the customer’s senior executives the leadership and stewardship of our business relations and performance execution.
· Coach and Train RSM and SR.

RSM
· Developing influential relationships with Senior Leadership of Key Distributor Partners
· Establishing a clear communication process to implement business strategies and initiatives
· Ensure comprehensive vertical and horizontal call coverage within the customers’ organizational structure
· Develop and execute the tactical plans to meet defined goals, including negotiation of our annual agreement, our price/package plans and all promotional plans
· Develop systems to benchmark DP performance
· Leads communication/ education of Key initiatives with “RSM” team and establishes and manages a clear set of KPI’s.
· Lead and steward top to top calls with designated customers
· Lead in the development of all execution targets and use of appropriate tracking and performance measuring tools
· nalyzing the distributor structure and making recommendations to the DP network and DOD to better enhance our route to market
· Limited Key Account ManagementRequirements:
· Must have RBDC experience
· Strong Distribution experience is a MUST
· Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Beverage Industry
· Distributor and Supplier experience is a MUST
· Strong analytical and financial acumen to understand and manage back end financial planning systems
· 8+ years’ experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate third party sales teams preferred
· 5+ years in the Beverage Industry
· 3+ years managing professional salespeople
· Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategy’s
· Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability
· Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
· A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
· Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
· Excellent negotiator and influencer
· Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
