Bilingual Property Manager Needed for 100+ Unit Property – 2500

Position Summary: Directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company, optimizes return on investment for owners, provides a quality living environment for residents, and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.

This position requires living onsite. Will receive a minimum compensation package of $17.00 hourly + STUDIO unit.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience as a manager managing an apartment complex of at least 100+ units
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Must have a valid California driver’s license
  • Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
  • Good computer skills (property management software – Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
  • Experience with all financial-related issues – expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
  • Must be open to working weekends.
